Love, laughter and loads of dancing! Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha share wholesome pics from engagement ceremony with sweetest notes

Parineeti Chopra on Monday took to her Instagram to share a bunch of unseen pics from her engagement ceremony featuring her fiance-politician Raghav Chadha, cousin-actor Priyanka Chopra, and their family. Sharing the pictures, Parineeti also posted a note talking about how ‘one breakfast together’ and she knew she ‘had met the one’. Meanwhile, Raghav Chadha also took to Instagram to share pics from the engagement ceremony and penned a beautiful note. 

Parineeti Chopra's fairytale comes true

Parineeti Chopra is living all her childhood dreams and she cannot stop gushing about it. Her fairytale engagement ceremony with beau Raghav Chadha was full of tears, happiness, joy, and hugs. Parineeti shared some priceless pics from the event and each one has the couple and their family reflecting a thousand emotions. 

Sharing the pictures, Parineeti captioned the post, "When you know, you know. One breakfast together and I knew - I had met the one. The most wonderful man whose quiet strength would be calming, peaceful and inspiring. His support, humour, wit and friendship are pure joy. He is my home. Our engagement party was like living a dream - a dream unfurling beautifully amidst love, laughter, emotion and loads of dancing!"

She also added, "As we hugged those we loved dearest and celebrated with them, emotions overflowed. As a little girl in awe of princess stories, I had imagined how my fairytale would begin. Now that it has, it is even better than I had imagined." Reacting to the post, her brother Shivang Chopra said, "The sweetest reminder of that day!" Parineeti's mother Reena Chopra posted red heart emojis.

Raghav Chadha's note for Parineeti Chopra

AAP leader Raghav Chadha also took to pen a sweet note for his fiancée Parineeti Chopra sharing how their engagement was such a happy occasion. 

“And one fine day, this beautiful girl entered my life, adding a colourful dash of smiles, laughter and sparkle to brighten it up, and whose gentle, reassuring embrace promised eternal love and support. No wonder our engagement was such a happy occasion where tears of joy, laughter, happiness and merry dancing brought our loved ones even closer - quintessentially the Punjabi way,” wrote Raghav.

Parineeti and Raghav got engaged in New Delhi at the Kapurthala house on May 13 in the presence of close family and friends. Their engagement was an intimate affair with a few noted members from the political fraternity in attendance. 

 Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, former Finance Minister P Chidambaram, and Shiv Sena leader Aditya Thackeray also marked their presence at the ceremony.

Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra flew down from Los Angeles to attend cousin Parineeti's wedding.
