Pathaan: As soon as the Pathaan song Besharam Rang appeared online, people started talking about it. Besharam Rang has received a variety of responses from viewers worldwide, ranging from praise to criticism of Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone's appearances and dance moves. But it looks like the dance song has already started facing some controversy. Home Minister of Madhya Pradesh Narottam Mishra has warned the makers of Pathaan to change the visuals and costumes of Deepika and SRK starrer song as he called it objectionable.

Mishra also stated that they would have to reconsider allowing the producers to distribute the movie in Madhya Pradesh if the aesthetics were not fixed. He tweeted in Hindi, “Actress Deepika Padukone supporting Tukde Tukde gang in the song #Pathan is highly objectionable and the song is picturized with a corrupt mindset. The scenes and costumes of the songs should be corrected, otherwise whether the film should be allowed in Madhya Pradesh or not, it will be a matter of consideration.”
