Priyanka and Nick Jonas welcomed Malti Marie Chopra Jonas on January 15, 2022, through surrogacy. Their daughter was born in San Diego, California. Since then, the couple has proudly shared sweet moments of parenthood, giving fans little glimpses of Malti’s bubbly personality.

How Priyanka Balances Filming And Parenting Like A Boss

Recently, Priyanka opened up about her parenting life on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. She spoke about how life has changed since becoming a mum. She said, “She’s precocious, she’s funny, she’s a little comedian. She knows she’s funny, so that’s even better. Yeah, she’s such a light of our lives right now.”

The family has been spending their time between New York and India, balancing work and personal life. Nick Jonas has been busy with Broadway projects, while Priyanka is currently shooting a film in India. She revealed, “I’m filming a movie in India, so I fly back and forth from there. So we’re based in this East Coast summer right now, and she’s (Malti) going to school here.”

Even at her young age, PeeCee jokes that Malti has a packed schedule. Priyanka added, “She has her little clique of friends, and her schedule’s even crazier than mine. There are so many classes. Kids do so much… She wants to socialise with other babies.”

On the work front, Priyanka Chopra was last seen in Heads of State, alongside Idris Elba and John Cena. She is now working on her big Indian comeback film with director SS Rajamouli and superstar Mahesh Babu. She’s been flying frequently to India to shoot key scenes for the project.
