My Lovely Liar introduces Kim So Hyun as Liar Hunter, Hwang Min Hyun as mysterious producer; check out first posters, teaser

My Lovely Liar: The makers of the upcoming Korean drama, My Lovely Liar, dropped intriguing posters on Wednesday. Starring Kim So Hyun and Hwang Minhyun in leading roles, the first posters show the secret side of Mok Sol Hee (Kim So Hyun) a ‘lady who hears only the truth’, and Kim Do Ha (Hwang Minhyun), a ‘man who conceals the truth’. While Mok Sol Hee appears as a sophisticated young lady, Kim Do Ha appears ago to be a rockstar. Going by the first looks of it, it appears that it’s gonna be a story of opposite attracts. Korean dramas are known for adding a touch of supernatural element to all their characters. In Lovely Liar, Mok Sol Hee is a Liar Hunter who is blessed with the ability to hear lies, while Kim Do Ha is a producer who is hiding his identity for reasons that remain unknown. Mok Sol Hee runs her own freelance business as a liar hunter, which enables her to solve people’s problems using her unconventional powers that are unknown to society. She encounters Kim Do Ha under mysterious circumstances which changes the course of her destiny. The recently shared teaser of the drama begins with Kim Do Ha asking Mok Sol Hee if he knows her by any chance. A voiceover then described Kim Do Ha’s character saying, “How should I put it? He’s a bit strange. Nothing is known about him except that he is a man. And he doesn’t meet people.” The strange equation between Mok Sol Hee and Kim Do Ha is revealed when her superpowers prove to be useless around Kim Do Ha whose lies she fails to decode. What we can really see here is the budding romance between the two characters who are enchantedCheck to be just in each others’ presence.

My Lovely Liar premiere date

My Lovely Liar will premiere on July 24 at 8:50 PM KST! Other than Kim So Hyun, and Hwang Min Hyun, the drama will also star Lee Si Woo and Seo Ji Hoon in pivotal roles.
