Nattu kaka battles cancer, Amid chemotherapy resumes Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah shoot

77-year-old actor Ghanshyam Nayak, who became famous from house to house by playing the role of ‘Nattu Kaka’ in ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’, has been diagnosed with cancer. He got information about his serious illness in the month of April. He is undergoing treatment. His son has given information about the actor’s cancer.

However, now during an interview, ‘Nattu Kaka’, while giving information about his health, said that after undergoing chemotherapy several times, he is now feeling better and wants to start working soon.

While talking with media Ghanshyam Nayak’s son Vikas said, Three months ago my father (Ghanshyam Nayak) had some spots in his neck, after which he has now decided to start further treatment.

Ghanshyam’s son told that in the month of April, positron emission tomography scanning of the throat was done, due to which the disease was detected. He did not have any problem because of these spots.

According to the report, Ghanshyam Nayak had a throat operation last year, in which 8 knots were removed. After this the actor took a break from the show.

In a conversation with E-Times, Ghanshyam Nayak has told the update of his health. He said, “I have been undergoing treatment for cancer for the last several days and hope everything will be fine soon. If the shooting starts in Mumbai soon, then I should return to workI am excited for this. Viewers will see me tomorrow in the episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. This is a very special episode and I am sure people will enjoy my work as always.

Cancer treatment is still going on

Ghanshyam further said that chemotherapy is done once a month. Doctors say that I can work and there is no problem in it. I just feel better than ever with a positivity feeling. I am completely fine and healthy too. It’s no big deal.
