Nawazuddin Siddiqui's mother files case against his wife Aaliya over property dispute

Nawazuddin Siddiqui wife: Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s tussle with wife Aaliya Siddiqui is not unknown to the world. For the unversed, Aaliya has levelled certain accusations against her husband's family. Now, as per the latest report, actor’s mother Mehrunisa Siddiqui has registered an FIR against his wife in Mumbai’s Versova. The Versova police called Aaliya for interrogation on Monday, she added. 

Nawazuddin's mother files case against his wife

The FIR has been filed over a property dispute between Nawazuddin’s mother Mehrunisa and wife Aaliya. A case has been registered under sections 452, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, as per the Versova police. For the case, Versova police has called Aaliya for questioning.

Aaliya and Nawazuddin had tied the knot over a decade ago. She is reportedly actor's second wife. Aaliya had demanded a divorce from Nawazuddin Siddiqui in 2020, levelling some malicious allegations. During their marriage, she had alleged suffering domestic violence at the hands of actor’s family. She had clarified that Nawazuddin never raised his hands, but actor’s brother Shamas Siddiqui hit her.

However, Aliya reversed her decision in 2021. “Earlier, he was never able to pay attention to his children. But now, I am really surprised to see him like this. Both me and Nawaz will try together to remove all the problems between us. Going forward, we will sort all the problems and misconceptions. We have been talking about this,” she told ABP news.
