The report stated that Nayanthara and Vignesh Sivan got legally married on March 11, 2016. They had also followed all the process and guidelines for surrogacy.
The report suggests that that couple had submitted all the necessary documents needed by the inquiry commission and all the guidelines were followed per ICMR rules. The surrogate mother is a married woman. In August 2020, the embryo was formed at the hospital and the necessary documents with the surrogate mother were signed.
