Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s bail is to be heard in the court today. Aryan Khan’s lawyer Amit Desai, Satish Manshinde and Shahrukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani are in court for a long time. Now NCB has also filed its reply on the bail applications of Aryan Khan and Munmun Dhamecha.
The NCB said in the remand that the role of one accused in this case cannot be understood through the other. Even though Aryan was not found with drugs, but he was in contact with the peddler. This is a big conspiracy. It is necessary to check it. Aryan Khan was accused of buying contraband and this contraband was recovered from Arbaaz Merchant. NCB’s investigation is going on regarding the transactions of drugs abroad. In today’s hearing, apart from Aryan Khan, the bail applications of Nupur Sarika, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, Shreyas Nair, Avin Sahu, Aachit and Mohk Jaswal will be heard.
Aryan Khan trapped in drugs case is currently in Arthur Road Jail. On his bail, his lawyers have been working hard for the past several days, but every time the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) implicates some screw. Aryan’s bail was also canceled in the sessions court on October 11. Now everyone is waiting for what will be the decision regarding his bail today.

So far, Satish Manshinde was fighting Aryan Khan’s case, but now Shahrukh Khan has hired senior advocate Amit Desai for the case. Amit Desai was also seen in the sessions court on 11 October along with Satish Manshinde. They had reached for Aryan’s bail.
On October 11, the NCB had sought time till Wednesday regarding Aryan’s bail in the sessions court. Both Aryan’s lawyers Amit Desai and Satish Manshinde reached the court at 10:30 in the morning. But Special Public Prosecutor AM Chimalker, who is fighting the NCB’s case, said that they are taking time to collect the evidence as the investigation continues. After the arguments, Judge VV Patil gave NCB time till 11 am on Wednesday, 13 October to file its reply. The hearing will take place at 2:45 pm.
So far, NCB has questioned many people in this case and their investigation is still going on. On October 9, NCB had questioned Shahrukh Khan’s driver for 12 hours. According to NCB sources, the driver had confessed to dropping Aryan and Arbaaz Merchant at the cruise terminal. The driver was also questioned about the activities of Aryan and his friends.
