NCT World Tour: Capping off their second world tour "Neo City - The Link" with a grand finale in Mexico City, the South Korean sensation, NCT 127, has demonstrated once again why they are one of the biggest names in the global music industry. The band's mesmerising tour took them across 17 cities worldwide over a 14-month span, leaving a trail of spellbound fans in their wake.

'Neo City - The Link' A Journey from Seoul to the Americas

Launched in December 2021 with a spectacular three-day show at Seoul's Gocheok Sky Dome, NCT 127's world tour was a testament to their massive global appeal. This nine-member powerhouse band embarked on a whirlwind journey across various continents, lighting up stages from Japan to the United States, with captivating performances in Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and an impressive array of South American countries. The band's stints in Japan were noteworthy, as the concerts took place at revered dome stadiums, such as Tokyo Dome, Kyocera Dome Osaka, and Vantelin Dome Nagoya. Playing at these legendary venues is considered a milestone for artists, given the huge fan turnout required to fill these gigantic spaces.

South American Love and the Anticipation of a New Album

South America extended a warm embrace to NCT 127, as manifested in the successful three-day concert in Brazil and the historic performance in Colombia that drew over 10,000 attendees. In a notable nod to the band's popularity, Chile's city metro even adjusted its service hours to accommodate the concert-goers, as per reports from SM Entertainment, NCT 127's agency. Reflecting on the tour's success, the band members were all gratitude, emphasising the role of their fans: "They are the last puzzle piece in our performances - without them, the picture remains incomplete." While the tour might have ended, NCT 127 is not ready to hit pause. The band is gearing up to unveil their repackaged fourth full-length album, "Ay-Yo", slated for release on Monday at 6 p.m., with the title track's music video set to premiere on YouTube simultaneously. For fans around the globe, this serves as another delightful slice of NCT 127's distinctive musical genius.
