Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently announced her sabbatical from acting to focus on her health. Samantha, who last featured in Shaakunthalam, revealed her myositis diagnosis in 2022. The actor is now taking a year-long break to pursue her physical health and mental health. Some reports have suggested that Samantha is moving to the US for her brief break, however, new pictures of the Citadel actor have surfaced on the internet that show what she has been up to lately.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s latest Instagram post is all about calm and clarity
Samantha Prabhu has currently taken solace at Sadhguru’s Ashram. She took to her Instagram account to share a series of pictures wherein she can be seen taking spiritual classes from Jaggi Vasudev aka Sadhguru. She is one of the many devotees who are seen practising yoga and meditation in the presence of Sadhguru. Sharing the pictures, Samantha captioned, “A while ago, sitting still — without thoughts flooding without twitching, itching, twisting, and turning — seemed most impossible. But today, a meditative state is my most powerful source of strength. Of calm. Of Connection. And of Clarity. Who would have thought that something simple could be so powerful.”

Samantha Ruth Prabhu is a firm believer in Sadhguru’s vision Isha Kriya. On the professional front, Samantha recently wrapped the shoot of her upcoming web series Citadel. An Indian adaptation of the Russo Brothers’ multi-series, Citadel features Samantha opposite Varun Dhawan.
