Oscars 2023: Team RRR has created history at the 95th Academy Awards as Naatu Naatu won the 'Best Original Song' award. Lady Gaga was in attendance when Naatu Naatu was announced as the winner of the award and her reaction was so genuine. She was presented with the team of Top Gun: Maverick as they were one of the nominee in the same category and she reacted in a pure artistic manner after the announcement. Lady Gaga's song from Top Gun: Maverick was also nominated for Oscars 2023

Lady Gaga's song Hold My Hand from Top Gun: Maverick was also nominated in the same category as RRR's Naatu Naatu at the 2023 Oscars. While Lady Gaga didn't take home the award, she was still a gracious attendee and cheered the loudest for team RRR. The Oscar award for Best Original Song was accepted by MM Keeravaani and Chandrabose on behalf of the RRR team.
