Munawar Faruqui was on the season finale of "Social Media Star With Janice" season 6 alongside Patralekhaa. In the episode he talked about his personal and professional life with a lot of shayaris in the middle. Moreover, in the episode he shared an emotional story of his son's fight with Kawasaki disease. He shared that his son was diagnosed with the disease when he was doing well financially and the situation made him say to himself "Paiso Ki Kami Nahi Aane Dunga Kabhi."

During the episode Patralekhaa asked Munawar about the one situation that changed him. Munawar then told them the about the time his son was diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease at one and a half years of age. He said that it is a rare disease in which a arteries around a person's heart swell up. Moreover, he told that the treatment his son needed would cost him ₹75,000. Commenting on his financial situation at the time the now comedian and extraordinaire said, "Us waqt meri jaeb mein 700-800 rupay. Aur meri jaeb keh raha hu to meri jaeb hai, bank account mein nahi hai kuch bhi." He shared how a person from his former workplace helped him in this situation.
How His Son's Battle With Kawasaki Disease Changed Him
Recalling this experience, Munawar shared how this situation got him the most stressed he has ever been. Although, he was able to arrange the money within three hours while maintain his reputation. Deep down it made him feel ashamed. He ended the story by telling his final thoughts at time, which were "Paiso ki kami nahi aane dunga kabhi." He said that he constantly keeps on working to make sure no one around him feels what he felt.
