Pathaan: King Khan is back and how! Pathaan has brought back viewers to theatres. Long queues were seen outside cinema halls today for 7 am show as the Shah Rukh Kahn – Deepika Padukone starrer hit big screens on Wednesday morning.
Shah Rukh Khan Universe Fan Club shared a post on its official Twitter handle that fans are lining up outside the theatres for 7 am shows. The tweet read, “LATEST: People are already lining up at @_PVRCinemas for #Pathaan 7 AM show!!! The excitement is through the roof (sic)!!!”
‘India’s most loved star’
Another post showed SRK fans entering Oberoi Mall in Mumbai at 7 am. The tweet read, “7 am show. And its 80% full. Can see family people, aunties, kids. @iamsrk is an emotion. India’s most loved star #Pathaan (sic).”
In Bangalore too, similar scenes were witnessed. Fans were celebrating outside Cauvery theater in Bengaluru. A fan club turned up wearing SRK T-shirts, bands, sported face painting and distributed cakes. Reports said nearly 1000 people arrived at the theatre for the First Day First Show of Pathaan.

The film bring together for the first time Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. Pathaan is directed by Siddharth Anand and bankrolled by Yash Raj Films. The movie released on January 25, 2023. Republic Day weekend is bound to pull more audiences to theatres. Its dubbed versions in Tamil and Telugu are also out.
Shah Rukh Khan plays a RAW field agent in the film. Vishal–Shekhar have composed the music of Pathaan while music is composed by Sanchit Balhara and Ankit Balhara.
Directed by Siddharth Anand, thee film marks the comeback of SRK after the Zero debacle. The advance booking trends were strong and the film is set to make a blockbuster opening!
