Pia Bajpiee: The worst thing to put a damp on a good trip is surely the shortcomings of the Airport you’re traveling from. Pia Bajpiee recently faced such horrible experiences at the Chakeri Airport in Kanpur where the actress had no access to even proper bathrooms.
The actress took to Twitter fuming in anger about the worse conditions that she had to put up with.
“Hello #chakeriairport @AirportKanpur How about proper latches in toilets so the passengers don’t need to hold toilet doors for each other !!!???” she tweeted on the 22nd of August. The worsening state of our public toilets is no news but even airports where people pay such hefty amounts to ensure a good safe travel, provide such terrible service is a bad reflection on our country.
It is indeed sad to see our stars facing such problems with basic safety and cleanliness and we hope her voice is heard and provides a chance for betterment and action.
