Ponniyin Selvan Part 1 box office collection:. Mani Ratnam directorial Ponniyin Selvan Part 1 has reached the milestone to become a blockbuster. The history based film features big stars such as Chiyaan Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Trisha and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the lead roles. The film has earned Rs 250 crore at the domestic box office collection. According to latest reports, the film is still holding its ground in Tamil Nadu after the release of other films. However, the film is having such a tough competition as Monster, Sardar and Prince were recently released but PS 1 is still making money. But it seems that the film might start to decline.
Ponnyin Selvan Box Office Collection
Directed by Mani Ratnam, Ponniyin Selvan released on 30 September in five different languages. The big budget movie has now gone on to be listed under the successful South Films of 2022. Ponnyin Selvan has completed three successful weeks in the theatres and it has ruled over the box office during its time.
The film crossed Rs 250 crore net in India on Day 20 and it continues to set the cash registers sounding. PS 1 has minted Rs 10 crore in Day 21. Despite competition with the other south movies, Ponniyin Selvan is still going great at the Tamil Nadu box office. Trade expert Ramesh Bala shared this information on his Twittter account.
