Priyanka Chopra: The global star is back in the bay. Priyanka arrived in Mumbai after three years on Monday. This is her first visit to the home country post Covid-19 pandemic and the birth of her daughter. For the unversed, Priyanka resided in Los Angeles with her husband Nick Jonas. While Priyanka’s purpose of the visit is unknown, several reports have claimed she is in India to begin working on Jee Le Zaraa.

Many were star-struck when Priyanka made her grand entrance at the Mumbai airport, a sight that was witnessed after three years. Fans and paparazzi gathered in flocks to witness one glimpse of their favourite star. Looking ever flawless, Priyanka had donned a denim on denim outfit as she greeted fans and media stationed outside the airport ever since she announced her homecoming on Instagram.

Fans’ happiness knows no boundaries after Priyanka arrived in the country. Some are waiting for her to make new announcements soon, while others are just happy to know she is in the country.

Priyanka has her pocketful of new projects. She is set to star in Citadel, a multi-series by Russo Brothers, along with Richard Madden. She has three Hollywood films — Ending Things, It’s All Coming Back and Text For You — in her kitty. On Bollywood front, Priyanka will feature in Jee Le Zaraa, along with Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt. Farhan Akhtar will be directing the film.
