Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas may be far from each other right now, but Priyanka still found a cute way to show how much she misses him. The actress is in India to promote Varanasi. After the Hyderabad event, she shared a sweet behind-the-scenes video that made fans smile and feel her emotions.
Priyanka Chopra MISSES Husband Nick Jonas
Priyanka posted a new clip from her “post-event hair undo” series. Fans love these videos because Nick is usually the one helping her take down her heavy hairstyles after big events. But this time, in the video shared on November 15, Nick was not there. Her hairdresser helped her instead. Priyanka wrote “Miss you, Nick” on the video. It showed how the couple stays close even when they are busy and travelling.
Priyanka Chopra At Varanasi Event
Priyanka is in India for the promotions of Varanasi, SS Rajamouli’s next major film, earlier called Globetrotter. The film stars Mahesh Babu in the lead, with Prithviraj Sukumaran in an important role. The whole team gathered in Hyderabad on 15 November for a special event with fans and media.
Priyanka arrived in a beautiful all-white lehenga with traditional jewellery. Her makeup was soft and simple. She greeted fans with a warm smile, met Prithviraj Sukumaran, and took her place on stage.
While speaking to the audience, she said, “The energy tonight is electrifying, and it’s all because of you. You’ve come here in such huge numbers, and we are very grateful. To the media from India and around the world. This is a land where cinema is a celebration.”
She added another heartfelt line about working on the film. “I’m so glad to be back making this movie in my beloved India. I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again, the best and only way to join Telugu cinema is to do it with the greats,” she said, pointing towards SS Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu.
What Varanasi Is All About
Varanasi is one of the biggest Indian films in the making right now. The announcement video created a huge buzz online. It starts with an asteroid racing toward Earth and breaking into pieces across Varanasi, Antarctica, Africa, and several other places. The film seems to move through different time periods and locations. It also hints at strong Ramayana-inspired elements.
Mahesh Babu appears at the end of the clip as Rudhra. He is shown with blood on his face, holding a trident and riding a bull through ancient temple ruins. The visuals, along with hashtags like #GlobeTrotter and #TimeTrotter, hint at a mix of mythology and sci-fi on a massive scale.
Priyanka will be seen as Mandakini, while Prithviraj Sukumaran plays the antagonist Kumbha. Their looks were revealed earlier, and Mahesh Babu’s first look was released last night (November 15), sending fans into a frenzy.
