Rashmika Mandanna breaks silence on Kantara trolls and Kannada Industry's ban

Rashmika Mandanna is one of the most famous and talented actresses of recent times. She rose to fame with her Tamil movies Sarileru Neekavvaru, and Chalo. Her movie "Pushpa" alongside Allu Arjun made her famous all around the nation, and she got her first Bollywood project alongside Superstar Amitabh Bachchan. However, before Telegu movies, Rashmika was seen in Kannada films as she started her career with Kirik Party. Recently, the Pushpa star got trolled for her comment on Rishab Shetty's Kantara, and now she has broken her silence and spoken about that.

Rishab Shetty took a jibe at Rashmika Mandanna

Recently, during an event, Rashmika was asked if she had watched the movie Kantara or not. The actress said that she hasn't watched the movie yet, and this made Kannadigans angry because the actress started her career in Kannada cinema and she did not have time to watch a blockbuster Kannada film. She was trolled online, and there were speculations that Rashmika had to face a ban from the Kannada film industry. After her statement, Rishab Shetty, who directed Rashmika's debut film and Kantara, took a jab at her and said that he will never work with Rashmika Mandanna.

Rashmika was in Hyderabad for an event, and she gave an explanation about her previous statement. She said, "They asked me just after the two days of the release if I watched it, and I replied honestly that I did not. But I watched it recently and congratulated the whole team, and I also received a thank you from them." She added, "The world doesn't know what is happening inside our lives, and we are not the ones who put out messages outside to show to everyone."

Rashmika also ended the speculations about her ban and revealed that she is not banned by the Kannada film industry. She handled this situation decently and brought the trolls to an amicable end.
