Ram Charan: RRR star Ram Charan is on a roll. American media has invited him to talk about the SS Rajamouli film, Indian cinema and also about himself as a Telugu star and Indian actor.
The Tollywood star revealed to podcaster Sam Fragaso recently that he was in talks for a Hollywood project. He said an official announcement in this regard would be made in a few months.
Wants to work with Julia Roberts
The global star expressed is desire to work with Julia Roberts, Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt. When he was asked about being the Brad Pitt of India, Ram Charan replied that he liked Brad Pitt but was not like him and felt humbled. He further said, “Being at the Oscars is me representing 1.4 billion people. I’m talking for 1.4 billion people (India). RRR being nominated for an Oscar award – there is a sense of responsibility. This is not a one-time thing. Going forward, it should become normal for us (India). All (Indian) filmmakers and actors should strive to come here and experience this and make it a common phenomenon,” reiterated Ram Charan.
RC 15 title on his birthday
Meanwhile, Ram Charan’s upcoming film will soon have a title. Dil Raju, the producer of RC 15 stated that the tile of the film will be announced on Ram Charan’s birthday on March 27.
Shankar has directed RC 15 and the film stars Ram Charan and Bollywood actor Kiara Advani. The movie is a political thriller, according to information and is produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations and has music by S Thaman.
