Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs: Jetshen Dohna Lama, nine-year-old singer, of Pakyong, Sikkim, has been titled the winner of the singing reality show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs. The show, which premiered on October 15, 2022, ended with a grand finale attended by celebrities including Bollywood star Jackie Shroff, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, and music director Amit Trivedi. The competition was fierce during the finale episode, with the top six contestants putting on their best performance. The top six were Harsh Sikandar, Rafa Yeasmin, Atharv Bakshi, Atanu Mishra, Jetshen Dohna Lama, and Dnyaneshwari Ghadge, but Jetshen took home the trophy. Hema Malini recently praised Jetshen, comparing her voice to that of the legendary Lata Mangeshkar.

The judges, Shankar Mahadevan, Anu Malik, and Neeti Mohan, named Jetshen the winner and presented the winning trophy to her. Dnyaneshwari Ghadge, 12, and Harsh Sikandar, 9, were named first and second runners-up, respectively. During the episode, Jackie Shroff played the manjira, and Amit Trivedi asked Jetshen to perform ‘Pareshaan’ on stage with him.
Jetshen, a huge fan of rock music, began singing at the age of three. After winning the trophy, the nine-year-old expressed her delight, saying in a prepared statement: “It’s like a dream come true. The competition was fierce because all of the contestants are extremely talented. My journey has been a fantastic learning experience for me, and I am grateful to all of my mentors who have always been there for me and helped me realise my full potential as a singer. I’m taking a lot of memories with me and looking forward to my new singing adventure.”
