Saif Ali Khan Attack: Saif Ali Khan, one of Bollywood's most beloved stars, became the victim of a brutal attack at his Mumbai home early Thursday morning. The 54-year-old actor sustained six stab wounds while attempting to fight off a burglar who had broken into his residence. Although two of the wounds are serious and located near his spine, Saif is now out of danger and is recovering under medical supervision. While the police have labeled this incident as a possible robbery attempt, social media has quickly linked the attack to the infamous Black Buck Case, raising suspicions of a deeper motive.

The Saif Ali Khan Attack: What Happened That Night?

On the night of the attack, at around 2:15 AM, a burglar allegedly entered Saif Ali Khan’s luxurious Bandra home using a fire escape staircase. The intruder first attacked the house help, and when Saif intervened, the burglar attacked him with a knife, inflicting six stab wounds. Two of these injuries are said to be particularly severe as they are close to his spine. The actor was immediately rushed to Lilavati Hospital, where he underwent surgery and is now reported to be in stable condition.

The Black Buck Case: Is There a Connection to Saif Ali Khan’s Attack?

The Black Buck Case, which dates back to 1998, remains one of the most talked-about controversies in Bollywood. In this case, Salman Khan was accused of hunting a black buck while filming Hum Saath Saath Hain in Rajasthan. Saif Ali Khan, although not an accused in the case, was also part of the same film. Over the years, the case has led to various threats, especially from Lawrence Bishnoi and his gang.

Recently, Lawrence Bishnoi's gang has made headlines with their alleged threats against top Bollywood celebrities, including Salman Khan and his associates. The gang even allegedly claimed responsibility for the killing of Baba Siddique, a prominent figure with connections to Bollywood.

Even though Saif was cleared of any involvement in the Black Buck Case by a Jodhpur court in April 2018, his connection to Salman Khan through Hum Saath Saath Hain has led some to wonder if the recent attack on him could be linked to the ongoing threats from Lawrence Bishnoi’s group.

Is Saif Ali Khan’s Attack Part of a Larger Threat?

Mumbai police, led by DCP Zone 9 Dixit Gedam, have refuted any immediate connection between the attack and the Black Buck case. He clarified in a statement, “The accused used a fire escape staircase to enter Saif Ali Khan's house. It appears to be a robbery attempt. We are working to arrest the accused. 10 Detection teams are working on the case.”

Though the police have denied any direct involvement of Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang, the timing of the attack and the rise of threats against Bollywood celebrities have led many to continue questioning whether there’s more to this than just an attempted theft.

Bollywood Celebrities React to Saif Ali Khan’s Attack
