Sapna Choudhary Case: Sapna reached Lucknow today will appear in court today, details here

Sapna Choudhary Case: Haryanvi dancer Sapna Choudhary is in limelight for her case over not reaching for an event in Lucknow and taking the advance payment for the same. Once again she is discussion for her case as she has reaches Lucknow Lucknow Civil Court on Tuesday. Also a non-bailable warrant was issued against Sapna Choudhary for not reaching the court on the previous date.

Lucknow court issues a non-bailable warrant against Sapna

The Lucknow court had issued a non-bailable warrant against Haryanvi dancer Sapna Choudhary on August 23. Sapna Choudhary is accused for cancelling a program even after making advance payment and did not refund the money to the ticket takers. Sapna was to appear in the court on the last date, but she did not come and neither did her lawyer file any exemption petition. Therefore, the court issued a non-bailable warrant against Sapna Chaudhary.

Case of 2018

For uninitiated, Sub-Inspector Firoz Khan had lodged an FIR against Sapna Choudhary on this issue on 14 October 2018 at Ashiana police station in Lucknow. Apart from Sapna Choudhary, the names of the organizers of the event Junaid Ahmed, Naveen Sharma, Iwad Ali, Amit Pandey and Ratnakar Upadhyay are also registered in the FIR. A dance program was to be organized in Smriti Upvan from 3 to 10 pm on 13 October 2018. But as she did not appeared it eventually got cancelled. And now she is paying for this.
