Satish Kaushik death: Actor-director Satish Kaushik’s sudden demise came as a big shock. He was 66 and is survived his wife and a daughter. Kaushik’s family, friends and fans are still in mourning.
Actor Anupam Kher first shared the news that actor-filmmaker Satish Kaushik had died following a heart attack on Thursday. He was in Delhi and travelling by car when he suffered a heart attack. Now, Delhi Police have said in a statement that they are waiting for the detailed postmortem report to know the exact cause of his death. Meanwhile they visited the farmhouse where Kaushik had attended a party the night before his death.

Police are investigating the guests who attended the party. Police are also awaiting a detailed post-mortem report of Satish Kaushik. Police have prepared a list of 10 to 12 people who came to the farmhouse and they are under watch.
Anupam tweeted on Thursday morning to say that he was shocked to hear about Satish Kaushik’s death. He posted a monochrome photo of the duo. He wrote, “I know that death is the ultimate truth but never in my dreams I thought that I would have to write that about my best friend Satish Kaushik. A sudden full stop to 45 years of friendship. Life will never be the same without you Satish! Om Shanti.”
Anupam had also told a news agency that Satish was at a friend’s home in Delhi, when he complained of uneasiness. He felt uneasy and he told the driver to take him to the hospital. But he suffered a heart attack while on his way to the doctor, Anupam said.
Police visit farmhouse, recover ‘medicines’
And now the Delhi Police is waiting for the postmortem report. It visited the farmhouse in Delhi, where Satish had attended a party the night before his death. Police recovered some ‘medicines’ from there. Report said an industrialist had organised the party at the farmhouse . The police is checking the guest list. The party was attended by an industrialist, who is wanted in a case, according to reports.
