Elvish has long teased marriage rumours through social media posts and TV appearances. The speculation grew after he shared a picture on Instagram holding actress Jiya Shankar’s hand with a diamond ring. Fans assumed it was an engagement, but it was later clarified that the post was a promotional stunt for Engaged Season 2: Roka Ya Dhokha, which they host together.
Similarly, viral videos with Mahira Sharma were promotional reels for a music video, Deewaniyat, not real-life romance.
Despite these staged promotions, Elvish hinted at an actual wedding in 2025. During Laughter Chefs Season 2, when comedian Bharti Singh teased him, he said he would invite her to his wedding. This led fans to speculate about his “mystery dulhaniya.”
