Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s under-construction Bandra mansion is turning heads, not just for its design, but also for outpricing Shah Rukh Khan-owned iconic home, Mannat. Set in Mumbai’s Pali Hill, the couple’s home is close to completion and now holds the title of the most expensive celebrity-owned property in India.

As per Business Today, the six-storey house, named after Ranbir’s grandmother, Krishna Raj Kapoor, carries forward the Kapoor family legacy. Passed down from Raj and Krishna Raj Kapoor to Rishi and Neetu Kapoor, the property is now registered in the name of their daughter Raha Kapoor.

Mannat has long been a symbol of Bollywood luxury, but the Kapoor-Bhatt home has reportedly topped it in terms of value. Located in the same upscale neighbourhood, this new address is grabbing attention for its size, location, and family history.

Ranbir and Alia have been personally involved in the construction, often spotted visiting the site. The interiors are still being finalised, with reports hinting that the couple might move in by late 2025. Until then, the mansion remains one of the most talked-about homes in B-Town.

SRKs Mannat Under Renovation

While the spotlight shifts to Ranbir-Alia’s new place, SRK’s Mannat isn’t staying quiet. The sea-facing landmark is undergoing a major renovation. Gauri Khan is leading the makeover, which includes two new floors and a complete design upgrade.

The Khans are temporarily staying in a rented duplex nearby, paying around Rs 24 lakh monthly. Their return to Mannat is expected by 2026 or early 2027. With both celeb homes making headlines, the real estate buzz in Bollywood just got a lot louder.
