Shark Tank India 2: ‘Jo darr gaya woh mar gaya,’ Aman Gupta tells pitchers as Peyush Bansal warns them of competition

Shark Tank India 2: Rahul Chandalia, Pradeep Jain, Saloni Chandalia and Swati Jain came to present their brand WOL3D, which is a consumer 3d printing brand in India. They makes reliable and affordable 3d printers for every age group. They impressed the sharks with their pitch and asked for 1.5 crore in the exchange of 1% equity in the company. Anupam Mittal joked about the valuation and said, “ye 1.5 cr for 1% equity yahan to nahi milegi to aap usko 3d print kar leejiye.” Pitchers said that they started the business in 2016.

Shark Tank India 2: Pitchers gifted 3d statues to sharks

Vineeta Singh asked them to make a 3d copy of Aman Gupta’s cool hairstyle and the pitchers presented the statues of all the sharks. Sharks became with the product and Anupam Mittal, Peyush Bansal and Vineeta Singh checked their 3d printer and 3d pen as they made some things like wheels, own name with it. Sharks appreciated their spirit of making a big business in 3d industry. Anupam Mittal, Vineeta Singh and Namita Thapar stepped out the deal but Aman Gupta and Peyush Bansal showed interest in the brand.

Aman Gupta closed the deal

Aman Gupta asked the pitchers to focus on only one product but Peyush Bansal came up with a whole new idea. He said that the pitchers should focus on filament of 3d printing as they will get a lot of competition in future. Aman Gupta said, “jo darr Gaya woh mar Gaya” and he closed the deal with the offer of 80 lakhs for 2% equity & 70 lakh debt without interest.
