Viral June Teaser Had Already Created Hype

Before this new promo, Shark Tank India had already grabbed attention in June with a witty teaser. It playfully mocked billionaire Narayana Murthy’s statement about the 70-hour work week.

The promo showed fictional CEOs complaining that their employees were leaving to start their own businesses. One character even joked about losing his golf bag carrier. A cheeky voiceover warned viewers not to quit their jobs or apply to Shark Tank India, while clearly nudging them to do exactly that.

This clever teaser went viral, creating even more excitement for the new season.

Will OG Sharks Stay In Shark Tank India Season 5?

So far, Sony has not confirmed whether the original Sharks will return. Over four seasons, the show has featured a mix of regular Sharks and guest investors. Past guest Sharks include Ashneer Grover, Amit Jain, Ghazal Alagh, Deepinder Goyal, Radhika Gupta, Kunal Bahl, Viraj Bahl, and Ritesh Agarwal.

The flexible line-up has always kept the show fresh. Season 5 could follow the same approach, mixing well-known names with new business leaders. But for now, the names of the new Sharks are still under wraps.
