Shark Tank India Season 2: Sameer Arif started his pitch with ‘The future is electric’ and he presented his brand Swytchd which is an all-inclusive vehicle subscription providing brand. He made the sharks smile while presenting his pitch. He shared that his company gives vehicle, insurance, services, breakdown support and free charging to the customer with a monthly subscription. He asked for 50 lakhs in the exchange of 3% equity of the company. Peyush said to the pitcher that he is looking electric.

Shark Tank India Season 2: Amit Jain said to pitcher that he is misleading

Pitcher said that he gave his vehicle to rent with the charge of Rs 4500 per month. Amit Jain that the consumer can pay the same cost as EMI and he will own the vehicle instead of renting it but the pitcher convinced him that he gives everything in Rs 4500 but the consumer will have to spend extra money on vehicle after buying it. Pitcher also said that he gives insurance which cost Rs 4000 but Amit Jain said that it’s not right and the pitcher is just misleading them.

Amit Jain gives challenge to the pitcher

Amit Jain stepped out the deal and he said that the pitcher needs to understand the Indian consumer for working in the market with this model. Anupam Mittal and Peyush Bansal also stepped out of the deal but Amit Jain gave him a challenge by saying, “Mereko yeh dhandha banana hai…fix hai. Agar aap mereko abhi bech doge agle teen minute mein toh main abhi bhi fund kardunga.” Pitcher presented his pitch to convince him but Amit felt that his pitch was generic and he also stepped out of the deal.
