Shark Tank India Season 2: Prajal, Anita and Divyaraj came to present their cheapest electronic tractor production brand GEEANI. He impressed the Sharks with his pitch and vision behind making the product. However, sharks were impressed with his knowledge also but they feel connected with his emotional story about his life and making this product. Shark fights are the important part of the popular reality show and it mostly happen between the Sharks to close a deal. This was happened between the Sharks in the latest episode. Shark Tank India Season 2: Amit Jain refused to join other sharks for deal
Prajal shared his emotional story with Sharks that he was just 2.5 years old when his father divorced his mother and his mother was died after that. He said that Anita raised him after that. Prajal asked for 75 lakhs in the exchange of 7.5% equity and Aman Gupta was impressed with the product and he gave an offer of 75 lakhs for 7.5% equity. Anupam Mittal said that his company needs more capital so he want to give an offer and he asked Aman Gupta, Amit Jain and Vineeta Singh to join for 1 crore in the exchange of 10% equity.

Aman Gupta and Vineeta Singh perform Snake Dance
Amit Jain made individual offer of 1 crore for 20% equity. Aman Gupta advised Prajal to go and discuss the offer but Amit advised him to not do that. Amit said, “Main company ko bada banwaunga kyunki CarDekho mein yeh bhi bech sakte hain.” Anupam Mittal said, “Car aur tractor mein bahut fark hota hai.” Amit Jain advised Prajal to not take wrong decision and Aman Gupta took a jibe at him. Prajal went to discuss and he made a counter offer that he want all Sharks with him but Amit Jain denied and he revised his offer to 10% equity but Prajal chose Aman, Vineeta and Anupam to come along. Vineeta asked Aman to do snake dance and they started snake dance to diss Amit Jain.
