Shark Tank India Season 2

Shark Tank India Season 2: Two mom entrepreneurs came to present their kids crayon brand Dabble and they received a lot of appreciation from Sharks for their adorable pitch as they showed some kids coloring in their art book. Vineeta Singh gave a high-five to one of the kids and the kid refused to give high-five to Anupam Mittal left everyone in splits. However, a Shark fight happened between Anupam Mittal and Aman Gupta but the pitchers chose their favorite entrepreneur to lock the deal with suitable offer.

Shark Tank India Season 2: Aman Gupta wanted to become co-founder

Pitchers told Sharks that they are first company of India which printed all the ingredients on the box of every product. Namita Thapar asked that anyone can copy their product so why they put ingredients on every box. They told that they put ingredients as they wanted to assure the parents that their products aren’t harmful for the kids even if they eat them. Anupam Mittal gave them first offer of 50 lakhs in the exchange of 33.33% equity and he said, “Main ek disha banake scale karne mein aapki madad karunga.’ Aman Gupta also gave an offer of 15 lakhs for 1% equity and 35 lakhs debt without interest as he wanted to become a co-founder in the company.

Aman Gupta got the deal

Anupam Mittal said, ‘Aapko debt lena nahi chahiye kyunki abhi kahan se wapas doge aur co-founder laake kaam banana mushkil hai.’ Aman replied, ‘Peyush ne bhi apni companies mein bahaut se co-founders rakhe hain aur ab dekhiye vo kitna sahi kaam rahe hain.’ Anupam replied to him, ‘Ye ekdum kharab analyzing hai. Lenskart ne co-founder ab rakhe hain pehle nahi rakhe the. Aap Loan mat lo.’ Aman Gupta replied, ‘Aap jyada equity mat do.’ However, after this quarrel Aman Gupta closed the deal.
