Shark Tank India Season 2: Bhavya Madan and Ria Rustagi came to present their brand Neuphony for investment. They impressed the sharks with their pitch as they asked the sharks to concentrate on their breath. Pitchers said that the product can measure everything in their mind such as stress, mood and relaxation. Ria shared that she started the company after losing her sister because of mental health issues. Sharks became emotional after hearing her story but they were shocked after knowing the price of the product. Shark fight also happened between Aman Gupta and Anupam Mittal during the closing of the deal.

Pitchers asked for 1 crore in the exchange of 2% equity and Vineeta Singh said, “Aapki valuation sunke humari stress badh gayi hai.” Pitchers described that they have only sold very less products. Sharks considered the company as pre-revenue as Neuphony started just 4 months ago. Sharks were shocked after knowing that the price of one product is Rs 49,000 but they were impressed with the products and advised the pitchers to try Direct to consumer. Anupam Mittal and Namita Thapar gave them combined offer of 1 crore in the exchange of 6.66% equity.

Anupam Mittal says '‘Yeh sab Fekuchand hain'

Aman Gupta and Peyush Bansl gave them combined offer of 1 crore in the exchange of 6.66% equity with a condition that they will help them to make another product which can scale in the market and the pitchers accepted the condition. Peyush also said that he and Aman can fund them later also. After these offers, shark fight happened between Aman Gupta and Anupam Mittal. Anupam said, “Humne jo offer diya hai it’s to make your company big. Inhone jo offer diya hai is to make their company big.” Aman said, “Log baatein banate hain. Baato mein mat aaiye.” Anupam replied, “Humne aapko bola ki 5-7 crore aur le lena. Yeh sab fekuchand hain inki baato mein mat aaiye.”
