At five in the morning on Sunday, shots were fired outside Salman Khan’s home. Four shots were fired in front of Salman’s Galaxy Apartment in Bandra by two bike riders. The security of Salman Khan’s home has increased after the attack. Mumbai Police’s Crime Branch has arrived to begin an investigation. Salman was at home when the shots were fired. The Goldie Brar gang and Lawrence Bishnoi had threatened Khan’s life last year.

Forensic Team Starts Investigating

As soon as the incident was reported, a team from the Mumbai Police, Crime Branch, and forensic specialists arrived at the scene. Salman’s home has also seen an increase in security. To identify the attackers, nearby CCTV material is being examined, and witnesses are being questioned. Additionally, the accused is visible on CCTV footage that the police have. Her face is entirely hidden.

On the balcony, the forensic team discovered bullet imprints. Salman’s home has so far yielded two bullet marks. One is located on the balcony wall, and the other is on the outer wall. In this instance, the statements of the four Galaxy Apartment watchmen who were there when the incident occurred have been recorded by Mumbai Police.

Lawrence Bishnoi Threatened to Kill Salman Khan

Salman Khan’s security was stepped up in March 2023 in response to a threat from Lawrence Bishnoi. The Maharashtra government has granted him security under the Y+ category. According to the NIA, Khan was at the top of the list of ten individuals that mobster Lawrence Bishnoi, who was imprisoned, had vowed to kill. The 1998 blackbuck poaching episode infuriated the Bishnoi community, who claimed Lawrence vowed to murder them in a TV appearance.
