Sonu Sood meets fans outside his house. People treat him like God, watch video

Sonu Sood: A large number of people waited patiently outside actor Sonu Sood’s house in Mumbai to meet their ‘saviour’, who has become very popular for helping the needy. They stood in queue for hours to see a glimpse of their favourite actor and meet him. And Sonu did not disappoint them. He opened the gate, came out and met one by one and assured them of help.

Among those who met the Dabangg actor were women, boys, elderly, families, and small kids. A young man was seen sprawled on the ground to pay obeisance to Sonu. One young man, wearing a t-shirt with Sonu’s picture, sat on the ground to touch the actor’s feet. Sonu helped him stand up and listened to his appeal.

‘Messiah of the poor’

Sonu Sood, who is popularly known as the ‘messiah of the poor’ for helping the migrant labourers and other needy people during the pandemic, met the people and listened to them patiently.

Sonu lovingly posed for photos and selfies with people who had gathered outside his house for help.

He has founded the Sood Charity Foundation "to help people of all stature". Sonu was announced as the Delhi Government's brand ambassador of its Desh ke Mentor (country’s mentor) programme.
