While many listeners enjoy the energy of “Panwadi,” the song has also faced backlash. Some feel the lyrics and visuals may normalise harassment. At the same time, fans have also compared the track to “Balam Pichkari” from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani for its colourful visuals and festive energy.
About Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari
Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari is directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Dharma Productions. It is the third instalment in the Dulhania franchise. The story follows two ex-lovers in Delhi who try to reconnect, but their attempts lead to confusion and comic drama.
Varun plays Sunny (a fun-loving and carefree guy), while Janhvi plays Tulsi (who is more traditional and serious). Their differences create constant challenges, but fate keeps pulling them together.
The film also stars Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, Maniesh Paul, and Akshay Oberoi. The teaser was released on August 29. The full film will be released on October 2. Though part of the Dulhania series, the movie has been renamed Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari.
