Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari: Karan Johar was basking in the success of his recently released film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ which starred Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt. The film featured a love story with interesting twists inside the family. The filmmaker announced his new project which will be featuring Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor. However, Karan will not be directing the film but he will be the producer because the film will be produced under the banner of Dharma Productions. Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor to Work Together
The Instagram account of Karan Johar’s production company Dharma Movies has shared an announcement video in which the name of Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor’s upcoming film has been revealed. The video showed that Varun Dhawan will play the role of Sunny Sanskari and Janhvi will play the role of Tulsi Kumari. It is expected that the film will be a romantic love story with a touch of comedy and family values. This will be the second time that Varun and Janhvi are working together. Their chemistry received love from the audience in Amazon Prime Video’s Bawaal.

The film is written and directed by Shashank Khaitan who directed Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, Badri Ki Dulhania and Dhadak. He worked with both Varun and Janhvi before. It will be produced under the banner of Dharma Production and other producers are Apurva Mehta and Shashank Khaitan. The film will be released on 18th April 2025.
