Swami Om of Bigg Boss 10 fame breathed his last on Wednesday. The self proclaimed Godman died at his residence at DLF Ankur Vihar located in Loni, NCR. He was 63.
According to a Zee News report, the controversial Bigg Boss contestant wasn’t keeping well from the past few month. The publication was told by Arun Jain, son of Swami OM’s friend told Zee News that he died due to paralysis. “Due to paralysis, half of his body was paralysed”, he added.
Reportedly, Swami Om had tested positive for coronavirus last year. He had recovered from the virus after treatment but his health kept deteriorating ever since then.
Swami Om rose infamous for his controversies inside the Bigg Boss House. From making false claims to maligning co-contestants image, there wasn’t anything bad that Swami Om didn’t do. He even went on to splash his urine on Bani J and Rahul Mehra which led to his eviction from the house.
Apart from this, he also garnered limelight for his claim that he has penned a book on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal revealing his dirty sectres.
An ardent supporter of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Swami Om also claimed that he campaigned for BJP. c
