The Sequel’s Plot
According to a report, the blueprint is being prepared to resume the sequel of ‘Haseen Dilruba’ with Taapsee and Vikrant. At the same time, filmmakers and streaming platform ‘Netflix’ will once again work together. While the exciting part is that writer Kanika Dhillon wants to start the story from where the first part ended.
Part 1- The story
The film features Vikrant Massey and Taapsee as a married couple. In Taapsee’s character Rani Kashyap gets attracted to her husband’s cousin and from here starts the series of twists and turns. Till the end, the audience isn’t able to guess, who is the ‘Real’ victim and who is the ‘murderer.’

As per reports, ‘Haseen Dilruba’ has emerged as the most-watched Hindi film on Netflix in 2021. And that is the sole reason why the makers are planning to bring its sequel. But yes, Till now no official confirmation has come out from the makers or the artists.
Tapsee’s work front
On the work front, apart from Shabash Mitthu, she is working on several projects, including Blurr, her debut film as a producer, and Dhak Dhak her second film as a producer. She will also star in Woh Ladki Hai Kahan, a comedy alongside Pratik Gandhi. She is also going to star in Dunki alongside Shah Rukh Khan.
