Their characters are missing only because of the current storyline. Jethalal is shown away on a business trip, while Babita ji and Iyer are said to be vacationing in Mahabaleshwar.

Producer Asit Modi had earlier addressed the topic of cast exits in an interview with The Screen. He said, “I have never detached myself from the actors. If there is any issue, they can always contact me. I have always been very honest and kept the show first.”

He admitted that some of the controversies have hurt him but added that such issues are part of the journey. His statement made it clear that while changes happen, he maintains open communication with his cast.
