A resident of Gwalior, Shishupal Singh Kanshana, filed a complaint with ASP Anu Beniwal, requesting an FIR against Tanya. The complaint comes after the Gwalior district administration recently banned the manufacturing, sale, and use of potash guns. The ban followed multiple cases of severe eye injuries during Diwali celebrations.
The ASP has reportedly asked the cyber team to investigate the video and clarify the situation. Early reports suggest that the clip is actually two years old, recorded before the potash gun ban. Since Tanya is still inside the Bigg Boss house, the video resurfaced only after the ban, giving the impression it is recent.
This isn’t the first time Tanya has faced controversy. Earlier, she was reportedly under legal scrutiny for allegedly making false claims about her lavish lifestyle inside the Bigg Boss house. The complaint claimed that it could harm Gwalior’s reputation. However, no further updates have emerged on that case.
