September 5th has a very special place in the history of India. On this day, the great statesman Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan was born. He was a great teacher and leader. India celebrates Teacher’s Day on his birthday to remember him. Some Indian actors are multi talented and they have proved it several times by showing their talent but did you know that some Indian actors worked as teachers before coming to Bollywood.
Akshay Kumar
Akshay Kumar is well recognised for being a fitness fanatic and a sports enthusiast in addition to being an excellent actor. Kumar taught martial arts before he entered the entertainment industry. After Kumar graduated from high school, his father sent him to Bangkok, Thailand, to study martial arts. He spent five years there, learning Thai boxing. The Taekwondo black belt then went on numerous odd jobs in numerous Indian towns before eventually coming back to Bombay and beginning to teach martial arts.
Kader Khan
Famous for his comedy movies with Akshay Kumar and Govinda, Kader Khan is a very well-known actor among the people. Before starting his career in acting, Khan taught Civil Engineering in Mumbai’s M.H. Saboo Siddik College of Engineering for 5 years.
Sanya Malhotra
The numerous dance videos that Sanya Malhotra is sharing on her Instagram account demonstrate her dancing prowess. Her videos prove she is talented enough to instruct students in dance, I guess. Sanya accepted a position as a dance instructor at a school in Delhi after graduating. In 2009, the ballet and modern dancer also took part in Dance India Dance. She actually choreographed the dance for the song Sexy Baliye in the 2017 film Secret Superstar.
Kiara Advani
Kiara Advani is now regarded as one of the best actresses in Bollywood. In the famous web series Lust Stories, we saw her as a school teacher. However, before becoming a well-known actress, she worked as a playschool teacher. The Kabir Singh actor previously worked as a teacher at Mumbai’s Bird’s Play playschool, where her mother was the headmistress.
