Soujanya Bhagvatula: In a thrilling finale, the second season of Telugu Indian Idol drew to a close last Sunday. A talented young woman from Visakhapatnam, Soujanya Bhagvatula, stole the show and clinched the coveted trophy. Standing tall amongst stiff competition from Sruthi of New Jersey, Hyderabad’s Jayaram and Karthikeya, as well as Laasya Priya from Siddipet, Bhagvatula demonstrated exceptional talent. The gripping finale was aired on Aha and was graced by none other than Telugu cinema’s star, Allu Arjun.
