Tere Ishk Mein is heading for a strong start at the box office. Early numbers show that the film may open very well. The romantic drama stars Dhanush and Kriti Sanon together for the first time. It will hit cinemas on 28 November. Aanand L Rai has directed the film. Fans have been excited since the announcement because they want to see this fresh pairing on screen. The teaser, trailer and songs have all received great reactions. AR Rahman’s music has also kept the buzz alive.
Tere Ishk Mein Takes A Solid Start in Advance Booking
Advance booking opened on Monday. By 3 pm today, the film had sold around 23,517 tickets in Hindi and Tamil. The pre-sales for opening day stand at about Rs 62.07 lakh across 4,051 shows. With block seats added, the number goes up to Rs 1.94 crore.
Maharashtra is leading with over Rs 14.37 lakh in ticket sales for 831 shows. Delhi stands second with Rs 11.03 lakh across 686 shows. The numbers are expected to rise as the release date gets closer. The start looks encouraging and shows strong interest from the audience.
Trade experts say that if the film keeps this pace, it may score better advance numbers than many mid-budget films of Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn. Tere Ishk Mein is now on track to become a solid performer.
Dhanush And Kriti Sanon’s Film Set For Double-Digit Opening
The trailer connected well with viewers. AR Rahman’s music has added more hype. The film also benefits from the memories of Raanjhanaa, the first hit collaboration between Dhanush and Aanand L. Rai. Fans of that film are excited to see them team up again with Kriti Sanon.
If the momentum continues, the film may open in double digits. Many expect the opening day to land between Rs 12 crore and Rs 15 crore. It is still early, but the trend looks positive. The next two days will be important.
The only challenge ahead is Dhurandhar, which releases a week later. But strong films usually stand tall even when new releases arrive.
Aanand L Rai has directed Tere Ishk Mein. AR Rahman has composed the music. Himanshu Sharma has written the story. With strong hype, healthy advance bookings and two big stars, the film looks ready for a confident entry at the box office this Friday.
