Thank God Box Office: Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra’s new film, the comedy drama Thank God is witnessing a lukewarm response at the theatres. Despite the festival season, director India Kumar's film made between Rs 5.75-6.35 crore on its second day, according to Bollywood Hungama.
Despite being an A-listers' film, Thank God only made Rs 8.10 crore on its opening day. Right present, it has brought in somewhere about Rs 14.25 crore. Trade analysts had predicted that Thank God needed a very slight decline on its second day in order to make an acceptable sum.
Thank God is meeting some serious competition by Ram Setu at the box office. Ram Setu, which also released on October 25, a day after Diwali. Ram Setu had scored a double digit (Rs 15.25 cr) opening on day one, which doesn’t bode too well for Thank God’s future.
An ensemble cast features Nora Fatehi and Rakul Preet Singh in addition to Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra. Previously, Devgn appeared on the big screen in the poorly received film Runway 34. On the other side, Sidharth's most recent appearance was in the hugely popular OTT movie Shershaah.

It will be interesting to watch how much Thank God will make in its first week of release based on how the audience responds to it and the critical reception.
