The Night Manager trailer: The trailer for The Night Manager, the Indian adaptation of the British series, depicts an ordinary hotel employee who must enter the perilous world of a weapons dealer in order to bring him down. However, if he accepts the task, he risks much more than his life by going incognito. The new Disney+ Hotstar series, which stars Aditya Roy Kapur and Anil Kapoor in the major roles, also stars Sobhita Dhulipala, Tillotama Shome, Saswata Chatterjee, and Ravi Behl.

Anil, who plays renowned arms dealer Shailendra Rungta, tweeted the trailer. He wrote, “A dreaded arms dealer, a night manager and a dangerous game of love and betrayal – it’s showtime! #HotstarSpecials #TheNightManager streaming from 17th Feb only on @disneyplusHS.” The trailer depicts Shailendra’s enormous network of guns smuggling across several spectacular international settings. It then introduces Aditya’s character, hotel night manager Shaan Sengupta, who is initially depicted trapped in the snow.

Tillotama Shome’s character hires Shaan to spy on Shailendra while he is staying at the hotel. Shaan gains entry by seizing an opportunity to save his son. However, Shailendra’s right hand man (Saswata) is sceptical about his genuine motivations. Meanwhile, it appears that Shaan and Shailendra’s wife are becoming closer, further complicating matters.

The British series premiered in 2016

Susanne Bier, an Oscar winner, helmed the six-part British series. It stars Hugh Laurie, Olivia Colman, Tom Hollander, and Elizabeth Debicki in addition to Tom Hiddleston as the main character. The series, based on the 1993 novel by John le Carré, premiered in the United Kingdom on February 21, 2016.
