Bobby Darling Seeking Work
In an interview with Telly Masala, Bobby said, “I just want work. Even if it’s a small role, I’ll give it my all. Let me survive with dignity.” She stressed that she is looking for honest work, not publicity or attention.
Bobby has been reaching out to producers and stars, hoping to get even minor roles. But she says most doors remain closed, making it difficult for her to continue working in the industry.
Kapil Sharma Ignored Her Requests
Bobby also expressed disappointment with comedian Kapil Sharma. “Kapil used to make jokes about me on his show, and I always took it sportingly. But now, those people earn money out of my name, and when I’m struggling and message him for help, he doesn’t even reply. I’m not begging for money, I am begging for work,” she said.
She added that she contacted Kapil for a role on his Netflix show, The Great Indian Kapil Show, even if it was small. Despite her willingness, she claims she received no response.
Just like Bobby Darling, many artists face while trying to stay relevant. She also recalled times when she felt humiliated by producers. She said, “I felt humiliated. I felt like crying.”
