Toxic is a period gangster drama directed by Geetu Mohandas. The film is written by Geetu and Yash. It is produced by Venkat K Narayana and Yash under KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations.
The cast includes Yash, Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth, Akshay Oberoi and Sudev Nair. The film was announced in 2023 and went on floors in 2024.
It has been shot in Kannada and English at the same time. Versions in Hindi and other South Indian languages are also planned. The film is set to release in theatres on March 19, during Ugadi.
