Vibhu Raghave, best known for his role as Saurav, Aneri Vajani’s brother in Nisha Aur Uske Cousins, revealed on social media last year that he had been diagnosed with stage-4 colon cancer, a rare and aggressive type. Fans and friends, including previous co-stars Mohsin Khan, Zain Imam, and Mohit Malik and Aditi Malik, wished him a swift recovery. Vibhu has been informing his supporters about his health and the progress of his treatment on a daily basis. Last month, he took to social media to express his gratitude to his fans and to inform them that he is still in stage 4 cancer.
Mohsin Khan shared story with Vibhu Raghave
Mohsin Khan, Vibhu’s co-star in Nisha Aur Uske Cousins, took to Instagram stories yesterday to provide a fundraising link for the actor’s ailment. He uploaded a throwback photo with the actor and kept his followers updated on Vibhu’s condition. He wrote, “”Hi guys Im raising fund for my close friend Mera bhai Vaibhav Kumar Singh Raghave (Hamara Vibhu) He is suffering from a rare Cancer in its last stage. He is undergoing treatment at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. Vibhu lost his Father recently. Today i urge all of us to stand by him as his family his friends his well-wishers. Simple Kaul Loomba, known for her appearances in Shararat, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Oye Jassie, Yam Hain Hum, and Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls, posted the donation link on Ketto. She also posted on Instagram that the family had depleted all cash raised last year, and the actor’s immunotherapy costs 4.5 lakhs every month. She also revealed that Vibhu is towards the end of his life, but with the correct therapy and love and support from everyone, the actor has a good chance of surviving.
