The heartthrob of the 90s Dharmendra, also known as the HE-MAN, had a fairytale love story in the past as he was in a relationship with the ‘Dream Girl' Hema Malini. They both gave several hits to the industry with their show stellar duo. After years of dating, Hema Malini and Dharmendra decided to marry each other but the He-Man was already married to Prakash Kaur when he was only 19 and he had four children – Sunny, Bobby, Ajeeta, and Vijeeta from her.

The social media was filled with conversations after days of Karan Deol’s wedding when Dharmendra shared a picture with Esha Deol on his Instagram account. He also wrote about the in-laws of Esha Deol and Ahana Deol. He wrote in the caption, “Esha, Ahana, Hema and all my darling kids ……loving Takhtani’s and Vohra’s l love you and respect you all from the core of my heart……age, and illness is telling upon me I could have spoken personally to you ……..but.”

Responding to the post, Esha Deol shared her marriage picture including Dharmendra and Hema Malini and wrote in the caption, “Love you papa . You are the best. Love you unconditionally & you know that . Cheer up & always be happy & healthy. Love u.”

Dharmendra’s marriage with Hema Malini created a lot of controversy due to his first marriage but his first wife Prakash Kaur always supported his decision and stood by his side. She said in an interaction in the past, “Why only my husband? Any man would have chosen Hema over me. How can anyone accuse my spouse of being a womanizer when half of the industry is doing the same thing? All of the heroes are having affairs and marrying for the second time...He's not the best husband, though he's extremely wonderful to me, but he's the finest parent. His children adore him. He never ignores them.”

Hema Malini also spoke about her relationship with Prakash Kaur. When asked if Hema Malini is jealous of Prakash Kaur. She replied, “Absolutely not. That's why I'm happy today. In love, you are only expected to give rather than demand. You love the person so much and have received so much affection from the person, so how can you torture the individual for such trivial matters?”

Talking about her accident in 2015, Hema Malini said, “Everyone is curious as to what kind of relationship Sunny and I have. It's incredibly lovely and kind. Whenever it is required, he (Sunny) is always present, along with Dharamji, especially when this accident occurred. He (Sunny) was the first one to come and see me at home, and he ensured that the proper doctor was present for the stitches that were done on my face. I was surprised to see him exhibiting such interest. That demonstrates the nature of our friendship.”

Fans assumed that things were far from perfect when both Sunny and Bobby Deol failed to appear for Esha and Ahana's weddings. While Esha Deol has responded to her father's latest Instagram post, the Deol brothers have remained mum over Hema Malini's absence from Karan Deol's wedding.
