The ongoing US Israel Iran War has reached the lives of well-known celebrities. Actor Vishnu Manchu found himself in the middle of rising tensions while visiting his family in Dubai. The Kannappa star shared a disturbing video that showed missiles lighting up the night sky. His post quickly caught attention and left fans worried.
Vishnu Manchu Says Loud Blasts Shook Home
Vishnu Manchu uploaded the clip on his X account late Saturday as the conflict escalated across the Middle East. The video appears to have been recorded from outside his residence. Bright flashes can be seen cutting through the dark sky. These are believed to be missiles and air defence interceptions. In the background, his young child’s voice can be heard. The child sounds frightened by the loud explosions.
The actor openly expressed his fear. In the caption, he wrote, “In Dubai visiting family tonight. Missiles visible in the sky. The loud interceptions shook our home and frightened little Ayra. Praying for peace. No child anywhere should grow up hearing the sound of war above their roof.”
Soon after, his message went viral. Reacting to it, a user wrote, “Why are you recording instead of staying safe?”

US Israel Iran War Escalates Across The Region
The US Israel Iran War took a serious turn on Saturday, February 28. Reports say that the United States and Israel carried out joint strikes on Iran. In response, Iran launched counter-attacks targeting Israel and a US military facility in Bahrain.
Following the strikes, explosions were reported across several Gulf cities, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Qatar and Kuwait. Flight tracking maps showed large parts of the region’s airspace almost empty as airlines suspended services for safety reasons.
Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport stopped operations until further notice. Within hours, more than 280 flights were cancelled and over 250 were delayed. Passengers across the Middle East faced sudden travel disruptions. Governments also issued urgent travel advisories.
Meanwhile, Iranian state media reported that Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei was killed in the joint US-Israeli airstrikes. Iran’s Fars News Agency, quoting sources, claimed that four of his relatives (including his daughter grandchild and son-in-law) also died in the attacks.
US President Donald Trump earlier announced that the Iranian Supreme Leader had been killed. He described it as the “single greatest chance” for Iranians to reclaim control of their country. Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared a state of emergency as Israeli forces continued targeting missile and nuclear sites.
Iran then retaliated by firing around 150 ballistic missiles and drones at Israel. Reports also stated that US military bases in Bahrain, Qatar and the UAE were struck. Damage was reported at the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet headquarters and Dubai’s Burj Al Arab hotel. While US officials said there were no casualties at their installations, Iranian authorities claimed that more than 200 people had died in the strikes.
