Uunchai Box Office Collection Day 2: The multi-starrer film collects double than it's opening day

Uunchai Box Office Collection Day 2: Sooraj Barjatya is back with ‘Uunchai’, the film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Danny Denzongpa, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Neena Gupta and Sarika. The film has taken a decent start at the box office in India. According to early reports, Uunchai has collected around Rs. 1.60 – 1.85 crore on its opening day. Uunchai has witnessed a wide growth in the collection on it's second day. The film managed to collect 3.50 to 3.65 crore in it's second day.

Now, the 2 day collection of multi starrer film is 5.30 croee. The film was only released on 453 screens with 1500 shows. And still it gets the good amount of collection at the box office. The families and elders went to watch the film on the day of release. The opening day reports were encouraging for the makers.

Uunchai is the biggest opener for Amitabh Bachchan in the post-pandemic world as his film’s collection was Chehre (45 lakh), Goodbye (90 lakh), and Jhund (Rs. 1.10 crore). The motivational film is released on 1/3rd of these movies and still it got the best collection than them. Reports suggest that the film will get a comfortable in north. If Uunchai was released on more screens than it would be 2 crore and 2.5 crore a day but RajShri has always come up with different strategy.

Uunchai can witness a longer run

There is a rise in the shows of Uunchai and it also has positive public response. Uunchai has good word-of-mouth which can help in the success of the movie. The real game of Uunchai will begin after weekend and if the film gets success in reaching good numbers then surely it will witness a longer run at the box office.
